Both are all-in-one platforms that agencies run their clients on: CRM, websites, booking and reviews in one login. GoHighLevel is the bigger, more mature automation suite, with SaaS mode, a white-label mobile app and add-ons for SEO and listings. Synfinic is built for agencies with local business clients: the software does the weekly local SEO work, priced per client.

GoHighLevel per month
Synfinic per month
GoHighLevel can do more automation: funnels, workflows, SaaS mode. Synfinic does the local SEO work itself: profile posts, review replies, heatmaps and the weekly report. Price alone does not decide; what each line includes does.

GoHighLevel is the stronger pick when your agency runs on automation. Its pricing page lists unlimited sub-accounts and unlimited users from the $297 Unlimited plan, SaaS mode on the $497 Agency Pro plan, and a white-label mobile app add-on at $497 a month. Synfinic has no SaaS mode and its mobile app is still coming soon.
It is also cheaper when you run many clients and add nothing per client. On Unlimited the plan fee stays at $297 a month however many sub-accounts you add, while Synfinic charges per client. Thirty clients without add-ons come to $297 a month plus usage on GoHighLevel and $1,357 a month on Synfinic Core. The calculator above shows the same for your own numbers.
The plan fee is only the start. Local SEO on GoHighLevel comes as add-ons billed per sub-account, so the cost grows with every client, and messages and calls are billed by use. The prices below come from GoHighLevel’s pricing page and help center, checked October 28, 2026.
GoHighLevel’s pricing guide says phone and email usage can be rebilled to clients without markup on the $297 and $497 plans, and with markup only on the $497 plan. That moves the cost to your client’s bill, but someone still pays it. Map rank heatmaps are not listed on GoHighLevel’s pricing page.
You do not have to switch everything at once. Start with the clients you sell local SEO to. Each client’s Google Business Profile connects to Synfinic with a Google sign-in, and the profile itself does not change. Snapshots, funnels and workflows are GoHighLevel formats and stay there.
Running both is common for agencies that rely on GoHighLevel automations. GoHighLevel keeps the CRM, funnels, SMS and workflows. Synfinic does the weekly local SEO delivery: profile posts, review replies, heatmaps, the listings check and the weekly report. For a client whose local SEO runs in Synfinic, check whether that sub-account still needs the SEO and listings add-ons before you cancel anything.
Synfinic’s partner prices are on our pricing page. If you are weighing other tools too, our list of the best GoHighLevel alternatives sorts them by job, and our guide on how to choose a white-label CRM lists the questions to ask any vendor.
Running both is common for agencies that rely on GoHighLevel automations.
Once a client’s Google profile is connected, the weekly work runs in the software, and articles wait for your approval before they go live. If you would rather hand it off, our team does the work with done-for-you management for $397 per client location a month, booked per client.
Core is $42 per client a month and covers the weekly profile, review, heatmap (3 keywords), listings, AI answer and report work. Pro is $69 and adds up to 10 local SEO articles a month on the client’s site, rank and Search Console tracking, and heatmaps on 10 keywords. This is what runs, tool by tool:
Type in a business and show the owner where they vanish on Google Maps, cell by cell, with the competitor that wins each spot. 100 prospect heatmaps a month are included.
See how it works →Profile posts, hours checks and review replies go out every week for each client, so your team approves instead of typing.
See how it works →Every week the client sees the map, the reviews and the work that moved them, in an account with your logo and name.

Through add-ons. GoHighLevel’s pricing page lists an SEO add-on “powered by Search Atlas” at $79 a month per sub-account and online listings management at $30 a month per sub-account, and its reputation management sends review requests and drafts replies with AI. The pricing page does not describe what the SEO add-on includes, and it does not list map rank heatmaps. Synfinic includes profile posts, review replies, weekly heatmaps and a listings check in the per-client fee, with articles on Pro.
Yes. Keep GoHighLevel for CRM, funnels, SMS and automations, and use Synfinic for the local SEO delivery: audits, heatmaps, profile posts, review replies, articles and the weekly report. Synfinic connects to each client’s Google profile directly, so nothing in GoHighLevel has to change.
Start with the local SEO clients. Each client’s Google Business Profile connects to Synfinic with a Google sign-in, and the profile itself does not change. Snapshots, funnels and workflows are GoHighLevel formats and stay there, so agencies that rely on them often keep GoHighLevel running next to Synfinic.
It depends on the job. GoHighLevel Unlimited is $297 a month plus usage, and its SEO add-on is $79 per sub-account, so ten clients with the add-on come to $1,087 before usage. Synfinic is $97 a month plus $42 per client, $517 for ten clients on Core. The add-on’s contents are not described on GoHighLevel’s pricing page, so compare what each covers before you decide.
No. Your logo and name already appear in client accounts, but the mobile app is coming soon, and Synfinic does not let you resell it as your own software. GoHighLevel lists SaaS mode on Agency Pro and a white-label mobile app add-on at $497 a month.
