Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Synfinic collects, why, and what you can do about it. Synfinic is operated by Luviverse LLC (“we”, “us”).

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and, if you set one, a password (stored as a hash). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
• Product data you give us: your product URL, competitors, target customer and the public content of your website and docs that Synfinic reads to write about your product.
• Connections: if you connect your blog (for example WordPress, Webflow, Ghost, Wix or Shopify) or Google Search Console, we store the access tokens encrypted and use them only to publish your approved content and to show your search results.
• Content: drafts, approved articles and posts, and your edits.
• Visitor counts: if you add our counting script to your website, it counts page views without cookies and without storing IP addresses.
• Technical data: error reports from the app (page, browser, time) so we can fix problems.

How we use it

To run your account, research topics, write and check drafts, publish what you approve, measure results and send you emails about your account. We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for advertising.

AI providers

To write and check drafts, Synfinic sends your product information, competitors and the topic to the AI providers listed below. Data from Google Search Console is not sent to AI models when drafts are written. We use the providers’ API terms, under which they do not use API data to train their models.

Service providers

• Vercel: Delivers synfinic.com and the app, runs server functions (USA, Germany; global edge network).
• Hetzner: Servers for our database, sign-in and file storage (Falkenstein, Germany).
• Resend: Sends sign-in, account and report emails (USA).
• Cloudflare: DNS, email routing and bot protection (Global network).
• DataForSEO: Keyword volumes and search rankings (See the provider’s privacy policy).
• Google (Gemini): Research, outlines, quality checks and short posts (USA).
• Anthropic (Claude): Writes article text; stands in for Gemini if it is unavailable (USA).
• OpenAI, Perplexity: Checks whether ChatGPT and Perplexity name your product (AI visibility) (USA).
• Google: Search Console — only if you connect it (USA and other countries where Google operates).
• Stripe: Subscriptions, invoices and card payments (once billing starts) (USA and other countries where Stripe operates).

Cookies

synfinic.com only sets cookies that are needed for sign-in and security. It loads no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking, so there is nothing to consent to and no cookie banner. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent before any statistics or marketing cookies are set, and you will be able to change your choice any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

How long we keep it

Account and content data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where we must keep records (for example invoices) by law.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it, at any time. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we do not sell or share personal information as defined there. Email hello@synfinic.com.

Children

Synfinic is a business tool and not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we tell account holders by email before the change takes effect.
