SEO reseller program
Resell local SEO without a fulfillment team.
Most SEO reseller programs sell you other people’s hours. Synfinic runs the recurring local SEO work in software, so you sell it at your price, approve it and keep the client. Below: the models, a margin calculator with your numbers, packages to sell and the questions to ask any program.
White label: live The local SEO tools are live today, under your logo, colors and domain in each client account.
Example. Names and numbers are made up.
Reseller, white label, referral: who does what
The names overlap. What matters is who sends the invoice, who talks to the client and who does the work.
Your reseller margin at 10 clients
Set your client count and what you charge each client. The calculator shows what is left after the software, and what is left if a fulfillment program delivered the same clients at its listed wholesale price.
Comparison: AgencyPlatform “Local SEO + AEO” from $178 per client at its Gold rate, plus the $50 Gold membership. Listed prices, checked October 29, 2026: AgencyPlatform SEO reseller program.

SEO reseller programs compared: what you pay wholesale
AgencyPlatform is a fulfillment program. “Local SEO + AEO” starts at $178 a month per client at its Gold rate, and the Gold membership costs $50 a month on top. National SEO starts at $355. Work is done by its team, month to month. Deliverable quantities are not listed on the program page.
Vendasta is a marketplace: you resell many products against a monthly minimum spend ($99 Starter, $499 Professional, $999 Premium). The white-label client portal starts on Professional.
DashClicks charges $199 a month for its Pro platform; its fulfillment center sells services per use, with no minimums. SEO prices are not listed on its public pages.
GoHighLevel lets you resell the software itself in SaaS mode on Agency Pro at $497 a month. Its SEO add-on costs $79 per sub-account; the SEO work is still yours. GoHighLevel pricing explained →
Synfinic costs $97 a month for the partner membership plus $42 (Core) or $69 (Pro) per client location, and the recurring local SEO work runs in the platform. If you would rather hand the weekly work off, our team does it for your clients, and white label is live: your logo, colors and domain on every client account. Pick a pure fulfillment program for link building or ads; pick us if you want a fixed cost per client and control over every task.

Nine questions before you sign any program
Your name is on the work, so the risk is yours. Ask every SEO reseller program these questions in writing, including us. Vague answers to the first and seventh are the most common red flags.
9 of 9 answered for Synfinic, in writing, on this page.
- Which tasks happen every month, in what quantity, and where can I see each one?Synfinic: Weekly posts, review replies and heatmaps per client, each listed in the weekly report.
- Who does the work: software, staff, or subcontractors abroad? Can I see an example?Synfinic: Software. If you book done-for-you, our own team.
- Is there a minimum contract, a setup fee or a minimum number of clients?Synfinic: No contract, no setup fee, no minimum number of clients.
- Where does the vendor’s name still show up: reports, emails, login page, invoices?Synfinic: Client accounts show your logo, colors and domain; client emails go out from your own mailbox.
- Who owns the client’s Google profile, website and data when I leave?Synfinic: The client owns its Google profile; we only get access through Google’s sign-in.
- What happens to rankings and content if I cancel? Do pages or links disappear?Synfinic: Articles stay on the client’s own site. Websites hosted in our builder go offline.
- Are backlinks bought or built on private networks? (A risk to your client, not just to the vendor.)Synfinic: We do not build links at all.
- How fast does support answer, and does it answer my clients or only me?Synfinic: Email support from our team, answered within 24 hours.
- Which prices are public, and which only come after a sales call?Synfinic: All prices are public on the pricing page.

Questions about reselling SEO
What is an SEO reseller?
An agency or freelancer that sells SEO to its own clients under its own name, while a partner or software does part of the work. The client pays you at your price, and you pay a wholesale price to the partner.
What is the difference between an SEO reseller and white label SEO?
In practice the terms are used for the same thing: you sell, the partner delivers under your brand. Some providers use “reseller” for programs where they bill the client directly and pay you a commission. Ask who sends the invoice.
Is Synfinic an SEO reseller program?
It is software built for reselling local SEO. The recurring work (Google profile, reviews, heatmaps, listings check, articles and weekly reports) runs in the platform today, under your logo, colors and domain. If you want people to do the weekly work, done-for-you management costs $397 per client location a month.
How much can I make reselling SEO?
It depends on what you charge and on your own hours. Use the calculator above with your own numbers. As a reference, Ahrefs’ survey of 439 SEO providers (updated 2024) found local SEO retainers averaging about $1,557 a month.
Do I need SEO experience to resell SEO?
You need enough to sell honestly and to explain the weekly report to a client. The audit, heatmaps and reports do much of the explaining. Never promise rankings or a first place; promise the work and show it every week.
Can I resell SEO without a contract?
Synfinic has no contract and no setup fee: $97 a month for the partner membership plus a fixed price per client location. Many fulfillment programs are also month to month; check each one for minimums and setup fees.
