Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Luviverse LLC (“we”, “us”) for the use of Synfinic. By creating an account you accept them. Synfinic is for businesses; you confirm that you use it for your business and are at least 18.

The service

Synfinic researches topics, writes drafts of articles and social posts about your product, publishes what you approve to the channels you connect, and reports results. Features marked “in build” on our website are not part of the service until we release them.

Free trial

A new agency account starts with a free trial of 14 days. No payment method is needed for the trial. To keep using Synfinic after the trial, you choose a paid plan in the app; nothing is charged without your explicit choice of a paid plan, and the price is shown before you confirm.

Your content and approval

You own the content Synfinic creates for you and the material you give us. You are responsible for what you approve and publish, including statements about other companies. Synfinic removes claims it cannot back up, but you review every draft before it goes out, unless you switch a channel to auto-publish.

Acceptable use

Do not use Synfinic to publish false or misleading statements, to infringe others’ rights, to send spam, or to break the rules of the platforms you connect. We may suspend accounts that do.

Connected accounts

When you connect a blog, Google Search Console or a social account, you authorize us to act on it as described in the app. You can disconnect at any time.

No guarantee of results

Search rankings, AI answers and social reach depend on third parties. We do not promise specific rankings, traffic or revenue.

Cancellation

You can cancel and delete your account at any time in the app. We may end the service with 30 days’ notice.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA.
